After yesterday’s Russian airstrikes | Regime forces renew their ground bombardment on Jabal Al-Zawiya and Sahl Al-Ghab

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has monitored, in the early hours of the morning, exchange of fire with machine guns and rocket-propelled grenades between rebels and regime forces on frontlines in Jabal al-Zawiya in southern countryside of Idlib.

Moreover, places near Qulaydin and Al-Ankawi in Sahl al-Ghab were subjected to rocket fire by regime forces, while regime forces also targeted with rocket-propelled grenades areas in Al-Fatira, al-Bara and Flifel, south of Idlib. No casualties have been reported.

Yesterday afternoon, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored Russian jets executing airstrikes on the western outskirts of Idlib city, which is under the control of the HTS and factions, but no casualties were reported to date. These strikes came after eight days of the attack on the border area with the Iskenderun region, north of Idlib.
