Idlib Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: SOHR activists have documented the injury of a man and his wife due to the explosion of an IED planted under their motorcycle in Mar’yan town in the southern countryside of Idlib. According to SOHR sources, the man has sustained critical injuries and taken to a Turkish hospital. The incident comes as a part of the ongoing security chaos in areas under the control of Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham and opposition factions in Idlib and Aleppo countryside.

Yesterday, SOHR activists documented the death of two members of “Ahrar Al-Sham Islamic Movement”, after being shot by unknown gunmen in Darat Izza city in the western countryside of Aleppo, in areas under the control of Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham and opposition factions. It is worth noting that the targeted members were from Harasta city in eastern Ghouta.

A day earlier, SOHR sources reported that the body of a young man was found with gunshot wounds and burned and dumped on the road between Al-Dana and Tarmanen in the northern countryside of Idlib. It was found out that the body belonged to a medic and former member of Nour al-Din al-Zenki Movement from Darat Izza city in the western countryside of Aleppo. This incident came in light of the escalating security chaos in areas under the control of Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham and opposition factions in north-west Syria region.

On March 26, SOHR activists documented the death of an HTS member after being shot by unidentified gunmen on the road to Salwa village near the Syria border with the Iskenderun region in north Idlib countryside.
