The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has monitored ongoing tension in the city of Ras al-Ain (Sere Kaniye) in Al-Hasakeh countryside, following an armed fight between the faction of “Sultan Murad” and the group of “Shield of al-Hasaka” affiliated with the same faction yesterday evening, which left many wounded. Where the two parties were seen putting on high alert.
Yesterday, SOHR activists documented the injury of three Turkish-backed militiamen in clashes with machine guns between two groups of Sultan Murad Division in Ras Al-Ain city in Al-Hasakah countryside. Unconfirmed reports suggested that the clashes erupted after these members had illicit pills. Meanwhile, a state of security tension is prevailing in Ras Al-Ain city between “Sultan Murad Division” and “Al-Hasakah Shield”, while the injured militiamen have been taken to hospitals in Turkey.
