After an ISIS attack on SDF patrol | SDF storms area of primitive oil refineries in Diban

Deir ez-Zor province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

SOHR sources say that members of SDF raided the area of primitive oil refineries in Diban area in Deir ez-Zor countryside, following an attack by ISIS on a patrol of SDF, beating civilians and confiscating their phones. The death toll of SDF members has risen to three members in the ISIS attack.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has just monitored a new attack by “Islamic State” members on a patrol of the Syrian Democratic Forces near primitive oil refineries of Dhiban in Deir ez-Zor countryside. ISIS members slaughtered two SDF members and burned down another one.

The group also managed to capture three other SDF members, before fleeing to an unknown destination.

As more fatalities are recorded and updated regularly, the number of people who were killed in areas within the four provinces of Aleppo, Deir Ezzor, Al-Raqqah and Al-Hasakah, in addition to the SDF-held area of Manbij in the north-east of Aleppo rose to 717 fighters, civilians, oil workers, and officials in service parties.

The Syrian Observatory documented the assassination of 252 civilians including 18 children and 13 women by armed cells in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, al-Hasakah countryside, al-Raqqah city and countryside, and Manbij area. In addition, 456 SDF fighters, including local leaders, were assassinated in the same areas.
