For the third time since early April | Explosion rocks Al-Foua town in Idlib countryside

As security chaos continues in the areas controlled by the HTS and factions, an IED exploded near the headquarters of the Civil Council in the town of Al-Foua, north-east of Idlib, but no casualties have been reported casualties.
