Areas held by HTS and rebels | New explosion rocks Idlib city

Idlib province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has monitored this morning an explosion in the areas held by HTS and rebels, caused by an IED exploded in a car at the eastern corniche of the city, but no casualties have been reported.

This comes in light of the ongoing security chaos in areas controlled by the HTS and factions.
