After botched Kidnap | Unknown assailants kill civilian in Jarabulus

Aleppo Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: As security chaos has been escalating in areas under the control of Turkish forces and their proxy factions, which experience proliferation of arms and growing factional and tribal conflicts, SOHR activists have documented the death of a civilian, after being shot by unknown gunmen who failed to kidnap him. The incident took place in Baldaq Kabeer village in the west of Jarabulus city in the north-eastern countryside of Aleppo.

Yesterday, SOHR sources reported an assassination in the city of Al-Bab, which is held by Turkish forces and factions of the “National Army” east of Aleppo, as a young man was shot dead at Susian junction. The victim was a member of the “Afrin police”. However, the identity of the perpetrators remained unknown.
