8 members of IS died in clashes east of Homs

Homs Province:

Clashes are taking place between IS against the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them in the vicinity of al-Bayyarat area near Palmyra city and in the fields of Jazl and Sha’er in the eastern countryside of Homs amid mutual shelling, where the regime forces are trying to keep IS away from Jazl Field and secure its perimeter which supplies the refineries of Baniyas and Homs and at the same time secure the gas pipelines which supply the power plants in Rif Dimashq and Baniyas which in turn supply electricity to the regime forces controlled areas, in the clashes 8 IS members at least were killed and number of other members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them also were dead.

Unidentified gunmen detonated one of the fuel pipelines at al-Ku’e area near Hannura on the road of Homs-Palmyra causing fire outbreak.

 

Clashes are taking place between IS against the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them in the villages of Tafha in the eastern countryside of Homs.

 

A doctor died after he was shot in his clinic by a woman in Wadi al-Thahab in Homs city.
