Turkish-backed factions’ military reinforcement | Ras al-Ain city witnesses curfew and substantial security deployment, amid popular fears of renewed fighting

Al-Hasakah governorate – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

The city of Ras al-Ain in Al-Hasaka countryside is witnessing a curfew and a total closure of the city’s markets, with a substantial deployment of Turkish military police and armoured vehicles, coinciding with the continued military reinforcement of the fighting factions in the city, after fierce clashes in the past hours, in which more than 120 members of various factions participated.

Meanwhile, shells that targeted homes injured four civilians, while several Turkish-backed fighters were killed and wounded members of pro-Turkish in the clashes, amid popular fears of renewed fighting. Some people fled their homes near areas of clashes.
