civilians come back to their homes after being kidnapped earlier in Tartous

Tartous province: Regime forces were able to get back 4 men after they have been kidnapped 5 days ago from a farm in Khrebat village in Tartous countryside, the kidnappers identity is still unknown. 

Damascus province: IS militants burned an amount of tobacco and cigarettes in areas under its control in the Yarmouk camp south of Damascus which is witnessing clashes between IS and Islamic battalions.
