After the killing of one of their members | “Asaish” attacks neighbourhood in Al-Qamishli city, and captures “National Defense” checkpoint

Al-Hasakah governorate – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

The Syrian Observatory has monitored renewed clashes in the city of al-Qamishli in Al-Hasakah countryside, between the forces of “Asaish” and “National Defense” of the Syrian regime.

Meanwhile, al-Asaish stormed the Tay neighbourhood and managed to control the main checkpoint of the “National Defense”, and enter the neighbourhood where regime forces and loyal gunmen are stationed in the city.

Moreover, “Asaish” forces brought in military reinforcement to the vicinity of “Tay” neighbourhood and cut off roads in the area, amid ongoing clashes in the area.
