ISIS resurgence | Assassination attempt on SDF intelligence agent in Deir ez-Zor countryside

Deir ez-Zor governorate – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

 

SOHR sources say that a member of the SDF intelligence services was injured in a shooting, after being targeted by unidentified gunmen in front of his home in the town of Al-Shuhayl in eastern Deir ez-Zor countryside, and then he was taken to hospital for treatment.

 

This comes in light of the increasing ISIS cells’ attacks, which target SDF fighters and intelligence agents, as well as civilians cooperating with them.
