ISIS resurgence | Members set up checkpoint in Al-Busayrah, and IED explods in “livestock market” in Deir ez-Zor countryside

Deir ez-Zor governorate – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

SOHR sources say that an IED exploded in the Al-Makif “Sheep Market” in Al-Shaitat area in Deir ez-Zor countryside in eastern countryside, but no casualties have been reported.

This comes in light of growing ISIS cells’ activities in Deir ez-Zor countryside.

Meanwhile, four ISIS members were on motorcycles, gathered and set up a checkpoint at the cultural center in Al-Busayrah city, east of Deir ez-Zor, and then headed to an unknown destination.
