As clashes renew in al-Qamishli | “Asaish” attacks and controls the of National Defense headquarters, and advances into Tay neighbourhood

Al-Hasakah governorate – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has monitored renewed clashes with machine guns between the Syrian regime’s “National Defense” forces and the forces of “Asaish” in the city of al-Qamishli, following an infiltration attempt by of “Asaish” into a school where the “National Defense Forces” are stationed in the neighbourhood of Tay.

“Asaish” managed to control the National Defense headquarters and expel the NDF members. Meanwhile, “Asaish” continues to comb the neighbourhood in search for the National Defense Forces, but no casualties have been reported so far.
