Al-Qamishli’s ceasefire violation | Regime forces cut off Al-Shahba road in Aleppo, and hand over arms and ammunition shipments to “National Defense” members in al-Qamishli

SOHR sources say that regime forces are preparing to impose a siege on the Al-Shahba area in Aleppo, where most of its population is Syrian Kurds and displaced people from Afrin in Aleppo countryside.

According to the sources, regime forces cut off the road between Aleppo city and al-Shahba area and prevented access to food and fuel supplies, coinciding with the events in al-Qamishli during the four days.

On the other hand, the Syrian Observatory has monitored military reinforcement brought in by both the “National Defense” forces and the military brigades of SDF in the city of al-Qamishli, where the “Army of Rebels” of the Syrian Democratic Forces sent reinforcement to al-Qamishli, fearing of renewed clashes.

Meanwhile, the “National Defense” received a shipment of weapons and ammunition coming from the regime’s Tartab Regiment.
