Aleppo | Turkish-backed factions clash with regime forces on Tadef frontlines, along with Turkish bombardment of Kurdish-controlled areas

Aleppo Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: SOHR sources have reported clashes with heavy and medium weapons between Turkish-backed factions and regime forces on the outskirts of Tadef city in the south of Al-Bab city in the eastern countryside of Aleppo. However, no casualties have been reported.

 

On the other hand, Turkish forces shelled Kurdish positions in Al-Shahbaa area in rural Aleppo with artillery. While Kurdish forces responded by shelling, also with artillery, positions in Mar’anaz and the surrounding areas of Menagh military airbase in the northern countryside of Aleppo.

 

A few hours ago, SOHR activists documented the death of a child affected by the injuries he sustained in gunfire by a sniper of regime forces stationed in Tadef town in the south of Al-Bab city in eastern Aleppo.

 

On April 21, SOHR sources have reported exchange of bombardment between regime forces on one hand, Turkish forces and proxy factions on the other, on positions in the area of al-Sajour in Manbij countryside, east of Aleppo.
