Al-Hasakah | Iran and National Defense are ultimate losers in al-Qamishli, while regime forces prepare to set up outpost and post in Al-Tay neighbourhood

Al-Hasakah governorate:

Syrian Observatory activists in the city of alQamishli, have monitored ongoing tense calm in the neighbourhoods of Tay and Halako and in all the city of Al-Qamishli after the end of the presence of National Defense in the city. A police outpost of the regime’s police forces is expected to be established in Tay neighbourhood in the coming hours, in addition to a regime military post, the regime’s presence, therefore, will be confined to a small security square in the Tay neighbourhood, specifically the southern part of it.

The National Defense and the pro-Iranian militias are the ultimate losers in the events of al-Qamishli, especially since “Fatimiyoun” militia recruited, since mid-January, 710 people in al-Qamishli and al-Hasaka, 315 of whom were members and leaders of the National Defense, while 395 were civilians and tribesmen such as the tribes of “Al-Abbid, Yassar, Harith, Bani Saba’a and Al-Sharayeen.”
