Aleppo | Turkish forces shell Kurdish positions in northern countryside

Aleppo province: Turkish forces stationed in the military base on the outskirts of the city of Marea bombarded with heavy artillery the villages of Harbal, Sheikh Issa and Sheikh Hilal, which are held by Kurdish forces in the north of Aleppo. No casualties have been reported.

SOHR activists have reported that several rockets hit Afrin city and its outskirts, which are under the control of Turkish forces and their proxy factions in the north-western countryside of Aleppo. The bombardment resulted in the death of a little girl from the southern countryside of Aleppo. However, it is not known yet if regime forces or Kurdish forces fired these rockets.

On the other hand, Turkish forces and their proxy factions shelled positions in Kurdish-held areas in the northern countryside of Aleppo, but no casualties were reported.
