For second time in one day | International coalition sends military reinforcements to its bases in NE Syria

SOHR activists have reported the entry of a military convoy of the International Coalition, for the second time during the day, consisting of 30 vehicles including trucks and “Hummer” cars, in addition to fuel tanks, as it went through the city of al-Qamishli and headed towards M4 highway to the military bases in northern and eastern Syria.

Earlier today, SOHR activists reported seeing a new convoy of the International Coalition crossing into Syria from Kurdistan Region of Iraq, via al-Waleed border crossing. The convoy which have comprised nearly 50 trucks carrying military and logistical supplies headed to the Coalition bases in the countryside of Deir Ezzor and al-Hasakah.

On April 14, Observatory activists monitored the entry of a new International Coalition convoy via Al-Waleed border crossing with the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, comprising about 20 trucks carrying logistics and military equipment. The convoy headed to International Coalition bases in northern and eastern Syria.
