ISIS resurgence | 15 members of “Liwaa al-Quds” killed and wounded, during combing operations in al-Sukhnah

Homs Province: Syrian Observatory activists have documented the death of three members of the Palestinian “Liwaa al-Quds” and the injury of 12 others in an attack by ISIS cells when members of “Liwaa al-Quds” were combing the area of al-Amour mountains in the east of al-Sukhnah in the eastern countryside of Homs, searching for ISIS cells.

On Tuesday, reliable sources told SOHR that ISIS members attacked military vehicles of regime forces and loyalists, as the regime’s vehicles were leaving al-Kamm oil station in east Deir Ezzor desert. According to SOHR sources, ISIS members ambushed the regime soldiers and loyal militiamen and opened machinegun fire on their vehicles, killing two and injuring others, some seriously.
