Al-Raqqah | Turkish forces target SDF-held areas in Tel Abyad countryside

Al-Raqqah province: The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights activists in the northern countryside of al-Raqqah have reported that Turkish forces and their proxy factions targeted with heavy weapons the SDF-held villages of Birkino and Birkitek in the western countryside of Tel Abyad city, north of al-Raqqah, but no casualties have been reported.

On May 8, SOHR sources reported rocket attacks by Turkish forces, which targeted the SDF-held areas of Avdiko and Kubirlik in the western countryside of Tel Abyad in the north of al-Raqqah.
