Ceasefire violations | Regime forces and rebels trade fire on frontlines of western Aleppo

Syrian Observatory activists in the “de-escalation zone” have reported clashes, in the early hours of Tuesday morning, on the frontlines of Miznaz-Kafr Halab in the western countryside of Aleppo between regime forces and opposition factions. The clashes were coincided with exchange of bombardment.

 

On the other hand, regime forces shelled positions in the surrounding areas of Atareb city, Kafr Ammah village in western Aleppo, al-Barah, al-Fterah and Fulayfel in Jabal al-Zawiyah in the southern countryside of Idlib. No casualties have been reported.

 

On Sunday, SOHR sources reported 12 airstrikes at lease executed by Russian jets this morning on Latakia and Idlib countryside. The airstrikes hit positions in Burnas village and surrounding areas in the western countryside of Idlib, and Kabana hills in Jabal al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia. However, no casualties were reported. It is worth noting that Burnas village hosts a Turkish post. On the other hand, regime forces shelled positions on Kabana frontlines in Jabal al-Akrad, other positions in Jabal al-Turkman,al-Ankawi, al-Qahera, al-Sarmaniyah and Kherbet al-Naqus in Sahl al-Ghab in the north-western countryside of Hama.
