Western Rif Dimashq | Member of 4th Division stabbed to death in Muadamiyat al-Sham
Rif Dimashq province: SOHR sources have reported that a member of “al-Ghayth Forces” of the 4th Division was stabbed to death following a dispute with several young men in the eastern neighbourhood of Muadamiyat al-Sham city a few days ago. According to SOHR sources the 4th Division member brandished weapon at several young men from that neighbourhood following a personal disagreement which evolved to a fight between the two sides, in which the young men stabbed the member with sharp tools. After this incident, the city experienced a state of security alertness, amid confirmed reports of the arrest of three young men by regime security services.
On May 11, SOHR activists reported that two brothers from western Qalamoun Talfita village in Rif Dimashq killed by a security group affiliated with the Republican Guard Forces. According to sources, a disagreement took place between the victims and members of the Republican Guards for unknown reasons, which spurred the security members to kill the two brothers in public in cold blood. The accident happened a few days earlier.
