– SOHR activists in the “de-escalation zone” have reported that regime forces renewed artillery fire on Idlib and Hama countryside this morning, targeting positions in Bayanin, Majdaliyah, Kansafrah, al-Barah, Fulayfel, al-Fterah in south Idlib, Kherbet al-Naqous, and al-Mnasourah and its surrounding areas in Sahl al-Ghab in north-western Hama. The regime bombardment resulted in the outbreak of fires on farmlands in Sahl al-Ghab, but no casualties have been reported.
– Every year, with the beginning of the season of wheat harvesting in Sahl al-Ghab in the western countryside of Hama, regime forces and their proxy militias start targeting harvesters and agriculture machines with artillery, which results in outbreak of fires on many occasions, with the aim to repress and “punish” the farmers in these areas.
– SOHR activists have reported seeing members of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham on high alert in order to arrest some of wanted persons for “supporting the Syrian regime”. In Dana city HTS boosted its checkpoints at the entrance of the city and the agriculture road. Members of HTS checked citizens carefully, which led to long lines of cars rowed on its checkpoints.
