Regime-controlled areas
– Syrian Observatory for Human Rights activists have reported an attempted assassination targeting a former leader of the factions in Daraa province. The man who once served as a former leader in Yarmouk army was among other leaders who struck “reconciliation and settlements” deals with the regime after controlling Daraa and became in the ranks of regime’s military security branches.
Meanwhile, an IED has exploded at the road between Om al-Mayadeen and al-Naimah in east of Daraa countryside while the former leader was passing. The explosion caused material losses without information have been reported about casualties.
It is worth noting that it is not the first time that the same leader has been targeted because he encountered a failed attempted assassination less than a year.
– SOHR activists have reported that unknown gunmen shot a displacement civilian from Rif Dimashq and now living in al-Muzayrib town in the western countryside of Daraa, causing his instant death. It is worth to noting that the dead man was a fighter of opposition factions before the settlement agreements started in 2018. The man later worked in fuel trade and he did not join any military formation.
– Syrian Observatory for Human Rights sources in the southern part of Syrian have reported a meeting was held between the central committee in Hawran on one hand and a ministerial delegation representing the regime government who had come from Damascus with regime and Russian officers in Daraa al-Mahatah for unknow reasons.
The meeting coincides with the intensive security deployment in Daraa al-Mahatah subrubs, and the deployment of the Russian military police at Damascus-Daraa international highway.
– SOHR activists have reported that two people were injured, one seriously, due to the explosion of an old landmine in an agriculture harvester in the Jeb al-Jarrah area in the eastern countryside of Homs. The explosion destroyed the harvester, while a fire broke out which residents could extinguish.
Aleppo
-SOHR activists have reported rocket fire by the Turkish forces in the past few hours targeting areas in the two villages of al-Jat and al-Hoshriyah and other villages under the control of the Kurdish forces in Manbij northeast Aleppo, but no casualties have been reported.
Yesterday, Syrian Observatory documented Turkish forces and their proxies renewed rocket attacks on Kurdish-held areas in the northern countryside of Aleppo, targeting positions in Baylouniyah, Sadd al-Shahbaa, Samouqah and others.
A day earlier, SOHR sources reported that two regime soldiers were injured in artillery fire by Turkish forces on the areas of Tel Madiq and Sadd al-Shahbaa in Aleppo countryside. On the other hand, Mar’naz and al-Malikiyyah villages of Sharra district in the eastern countryside of Afrin came under Turkish artillery fire, but no further details were reported about the number of casualties and material damage.
-SOHR activists, in the Turkish forces-controlled and the National Army factions’ areas in Aleppo countryside, have reported that Samarqand Brigade has kept the mayor of al-Haj Qasemah village, in the neighborhood of Ma’batli in Afrin countryside northwest Aleppo, in its prisons for nearly two months. Reasons for arresting the man remained unknown till now.
-Explosive experts in Afrin neighborhood in northwest Aleppo countryside have found a booby-trapped car at Gandrees new highway that is known as al-Mazout street, and have detonated it in a place that is located 300 m away from the Turkish case stationed in Faysal Qadour schools at Gandrees road but no casualties have been reported.

SDF-held areas
– SOHR activists have reported the death of a child due to the explosion of an old landmine in Karak village in Ain al-Arab countryside (Kobani) eastern Aleppo. The explosion has happened, while the child, belonging to Homs, was grazing cattle.
– SOHR activists have reported in the early hours of Tuesday explosion of booby-trapped bike near al-Ghazl checkpoint of Internal Security Forces (Asayish) eastern al-Hasakah city. The explosion has killed a civilian and wounded at least three others and has caused other material damages.
It is worth noting that ISIS cells are active in the area.
– Syrian Observatory for Human Rights have reported that two ISIS militiamen have stopped a bus carrying women working in agriculture lands near the headquarters of the Syrian Democratic Forces in al-Baseerah city in the countryside of Deir Ezzor and demanded them to put the face veil and not using makeup. According to the ladies, the militiamen have also threatened to kill the driver if he commuted unveiled women again.
– SOHR activists have reported “Manbij Military Council” deploying of new military reinforcement in the city of Manbij in northeastern countryside of Aleppo province, amid the escalating popular protests in the city.
Syrian Observatory have documented new two deaths by Asayish firing including one in the city, rising the death casualties of civilians since yesterday to four in the city and the surrounding neighborhood.
the ongoing chaos and tensions in the city happen despite the current endeavors to find a solution to alleviate the tensions.
Few hours earlier, SOHR activists reported a cautious clam prevailing the city of Manbij that is stationed under control of the forces of Manbij Military Council amid the ongoing curfew that has been imposed by the forces in the early hours of Tuesday for 48 hours. The calamity coincides with holding talks between the military and civil administration of the city with the region elite people to contain the escalating protests that started yesterday that killed a protester and wounded three others with al-Asayish firing.
SOHR activists have reported that several demonstrators have cut the M4 highway in al-Kersan village in Manbij city northeast Aleppo to protest the murderer of a young man in the countryside of the city by fire of Internal Security Forces (Asayish). The clashes coincided with the ongoing meetings and talks in the city between military leaders and civilian elites to alleviate the tensions.
Earlier on Tuesday, SOHR activists reported a cautious clam prevailing the city of Manbij that is stationed under control of the forces of Manbij Military Council amid the ongoing curfew that has been imposed by the forces in the early hours of Tuesday for 48 hours. The calamity coincides with holding talks between the military and civil administration of the city with the region elite people to contain the escalating protests that started yesterday that killed a protester and wounded three others with al-Asayish firing.
However, four persons who participated in yesterday demonstrations have been arrested amid the talks which provoked the discontent of the people.

“De-escalation zone”
– SOHR sources in the “Putin- Erdogan” area have reported exchange of clashes on the frontlines of al-Rowaha in the southern countryside of Idlib, between regime forces and its proxies on one hand and factions of al-Fatah al-Mubeen operations room on the other in late hours of Monday.
Meanwhile, the frontline of al-Mashari’h in Sahl al-Ghab in northwest of Hama countryside have witnessed exchange of gunfire attacks between the two sides in al-Futiarah, Safhoon, Fuliful and al-Barah southern Idlib countryside, but no casualties have been reported yet.
