Al-Hasakah | Counter-Terrorism Forces arrest ISIS “Emir”

Al-Hasakah province: SOHR sources have reported that SDF-backed Counter-Terrorism Forces carried out a security campaign in Belalya village in Shadady district in the countryside of al-Hasakah. The security forces arrested an ISIS “Emir” (top commander) and seized his weapon , one mobile and some documents he had.
