Four explosions and attacks in hours | Security chaos escalates in SDF-held areas in Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor province: SOHR sources in SDF-held areas in Deir Ezzor province have reported an IED explosion in a vehicle of the Internal Security Forces “Asayish” in Muhaymidah town in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor, which injured four Asayish members and five civilians, including children.

 

On the other hand, an IED exploded in a military vehicle of SDF in Hajin city in eastern Deir Ezzor, which injured two people and caused material damage.

 

Accordingly, the number of attacks in SDF-held areas in Deir Ezzor have risen to four in just a few hours.

 

SOHR sources reported earlier today that gunmen, believed to be of ISIS cells, shot a man dead in Jadidat Bakara town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor in SDF-held areas.

 

Moreover, ISIS cells blew up the house of another man in al-Sajar town in the same countryside for “practicing witchcraft and committing heresy”.
