Routine patrol | Russian forces tour surrounding areas of Tel Tamr

Al-Hasakah province: SOHR sources in al-Hasakah province have reported that the Russian forces have conducted a patrol in the surrounding areas of Tel Tamr in the northern countryside of al-Hasakah. This patrol comes as a part of routine patrols by Russian forces in the region.

On June 5, SOHR activists reported that the US and Russian forces conducted two separate patrols in al-Malikiyah countryside (Dayrik) in north-east Syria region. The two patrols toured the villages of Ain Diwar, Qasr Deeb, Kardamiyyah and Kasan, near the Syria-Turkey border. It is worth noting that each patrol was escorted with helicopters. Meanwhile, US forces deployed armoured “Bradley” vehicles and other military vehicles in Karziyar Atjouli village along the main road to al-Malikiyyah.
