Arbitrary arrests | Turkish forces and their proxy factions arrest three civilians in Afrin countryside

Aleppo province: SOHR activists have reported that members of Turkish backed “Liwaa Al-Waqqas” faction arrested a man, on June18, from Heikja district in Sheikh Hadid in Afrin city and took him to the military police station in Jendires for unknown reasons.

 

On the other hand, on June 17, soldiers of a joint patrol between Turkish intelligence and Turkish-backed military police stormed a civilian’s home in Afrin city and sized his personal possessions. According to local sources, the soldiers took the man to an unknown destination.

 

It is worth noting that the man is a writer and political researcher and inhabitants in Shekhorza village in Bulbul district.

 

Moreover, the civil police on June 13, arrested a young man from Atmana village in Rajo district, accusing him of “collaborating previously with the Autonomous Administration, While SOHR sources have confirmed that the young man works with Turkey inelegance service and he has been to the Turkish military base in Rajo district and has strong relations with  leaders of the National Army.
