Afrin ongoing violations | Turkish intelligence and its proxies arrest more residents in “Olive Branch” areas

Aleppo province : As Turkish intelligence and its proxies continue their arbitrarily arrest of civilians in “Olive Branch areas, SOHR sources have reported that Turkish intelligence escorted by military police arrested, on June 17, two siblings kids from Jaqla Wastani village in Sheikh Hadid district in Afrin countryside. The two kids were arrested from their home in al-Mahmoudiya district in Afrin city and they were taken to unknown place.

 

On the same day, June 17, Turkish intelligence arrested a woman in Afrin city and she was takem to an unknown destination, while the fate of the woman remained unknown. SOHR sources confirmed earlier that Turkish intelligence arrested the woman’s sister as well as another female relative without clear charges against them.

 

Also on June 17, military police arrested a civilian from Jaqly village of Jendires district in Afrin for unknown charges and he was taken to an unknown destination.
