Reef Dimashq | Regime security service arrests a civilian and his son from eastern Damascus

Reef Dimashq province: SOHR activists in eastern Ghouta in Reef Dimashq have reported that a patrol of the military security service has stormed a house of a civilian on Sunday, in the city of Zamlika, that was the main hotbed of “Al-Rahman Division” faction during its control on the region. The raid has arrested an old man and his son for unknown reasons. The two were put in the security prisons in Damascus.

On June 18,  reliable sources in eastern Ghouta told the Syrian Observatory that the regime’s security services seized several unites of real estates belonging to civilians who were under “provisional seizure” decision, some of whom left Syria, while others were still in Syria in both regime-held areas and areas controlled by opposition factions in north Syria.

According to SOHR sources, nearly 48 houses, shops and land plots were taken over in Ain Tarma, Zamalka, Hazza and Arbin, after security services had notified inhabitants of the seized real estate to evacuate these units. It is worth noting that these inhabitants were relatives of the real owners of the seized units.
