Over charges of joining ISIS | Tribal tension in eastern Deir Ezzor after SDF-controlled patrol arrest three adults

Deir Ezzor province: SOHR activists have reported that SDF-controlled patrol in the city of Nebian, in east of Deir Ezzor, has arrested three adults, two of them are from al-Kasar tribe and the third from al-Zer village over charges of joining ISIS. Later on, relatives to al-Kasar two adults have built barriers on the city of al-Busirah and in the road of al-Sour city and have arrested anyone belonging to al-Shiatat tribe, accusing that tribe’s sons who are members of the SDF’s line of arresting the two adults, demanding their immediate release.
