Motorbike explosion | Blast in front of “Democratic Union” headquarters left wounded 2 civilians southern al-Hasakah
Al-Hasakah province: SOHR activists have reported an explosion of a booby-trapped motorbike near the headquarters of “Democratic Union” party inal-Shadady town under control of the “Autonomous Administration” in the southern countryside of al-Hasakah province, causing two injuries and material losses.
On June 7, SOHR reported that five members of an ISIS cell, including Iraqis, were killed in a security operation by SDF in al-Shaddadi district in al-Hasakah province. This development came hours after SDF-backed Counter-Terrorism Forces declared capturing ISIS Emir in the same area.
On June 4, SOHR sources reported that SDF-backed Counter-Terrorism Forces carried out a security campaign in Belalya village in Shaddadi district in the countryside of al-Hasakah. The security forces arrested an ISIS “Emir” and seized his weapon, one mobile and some documents he had.
