Aleppo province: SOHR activists have reported that Turkish forces stationed in the military base in the outskirts of Marea city in the “Euphrates Shield” areas in the northern countryside of Aleppo shelled, with artillery, the vicinity of Berkhedam camp inhabited by displaced families from Afrin city, which caused a state of panic among the camp’s residents.

On the other hand several artillery shells hit the outskirts of the Russian military base in al-Wahshiya, Om al-Hosh, Hasajek villages in Kurdish-held areas. However, no information about casualties have been reported yet.

Syrian Observatory for Human activists reported yesterday that a Turkish drone executed several airstrikes on Menagh military airport and Ain Daqna village in Kurdish-held areas, in the northern countryside of Aleppo.

On July 1, SOHR activists reported that Turkish-backed factions stationed in the suburbs of Marea city in the countryside of Aleppo destroyed, a day earlier, a missiles base, an anti-tanks unit, of regime forces in the frontline of Sheikh Issa village, north of Aleppo.
