After bombardment on Kurdish-held areas | Turkish forces shell areas controlled by “al-Bab Military Council” and “Jabhat al-Akrad” in rural Aleppo

Aleppo province: SOHR activists have reported that Turkish forces and their proxies fired several rockets on positions in al-Arima, Kurhiyouk and al-Fawares Farm which are under the control of “al-Bab Military Council” and “Jabhat al-Akrad” (Front of the Kurds) in the north-eastern countryside of Aleppo. The Turkish rocket fire caused material damage only.

SOHR sources reported earlier this morning rocket fire by Turkish forces and their proxy factions, which targeted positions in Tel Jayjan, Sadd al-Shahbaa, Alqamiyyah, Shawarghah and Mar’naz in Kurdish-held areas in the northern countryside of Aleppo. The Turkish rocket attacks caused material damage, but no casualties were reported.

On July 6, SOHR activists documented that a Kurdish fighter died of wounds he sustained a day earlier in Turkish rocket attacks on al-Sadd village in north Aleppo countryside.

On the other hand, Turkish forces and their proxy factions renewed intensive bombardment on villages in the Kurdish-held areas, as several shells hit Samoka, al-Sadd, Seroj, al-Hasba, and Tel Madiq in the northern countryside of Aleppo, but no further details were reported about the number of casualties and material damage caused by the bombardment.
