Regime-held areas

-SOHR activists have documented death of a civilian, in Zakyah village in western Reef Dimashq, where a man carrying a military rifle shot a bread distributor from Aleppo. The shooting has killed the man and wounded his 17 years old son.

-SOHR activists have reported that the 5th Corps troops have released 10 civilians after being arrested few days earlier in Elemtaih village in the countryside of Daraa. According to SOHR sources, one of the released civilians was subjected to brutal torture, where SOHR has received a photo showing torture on his body, while 29 other civilians are still remained in the prisons of the 5th Corps.

-SOHR activists have reported that unknown gunmen assassinated a member of the 4th Division in a shooting in Nahj village in the western countryside of Daraa. On the other hand, two children and their mother were killed while the father who was accused of collaborating with the Syrian regime’s Air Force Intelligence services was injured by gunmen on motorcycle who targeted the family in al-Sheikh Maskin city north of Daraa.

-SOHR activists have documented the death of a group leader in the National Defence Forces (NDF) who worked for the Air-Force Intelligence service, after being shot by unknown gunmen in Abtaa town. It is worth noting that the assassinated man was a former chief of the local council in Abtaa town.

Aleppo

-SOHR activists have documented that a military convoy belonging to the International Coalition has entered through Semalka border crossing with Kurdistan region of Iraq to areas in northeast Syria. The convoy consists of 25 vehicles carrying logistic and military equipment and headed towards Tell Beydar base in Qamishli countryside in al-Hasakah city.

-SOHR activists reported that an Iraqi woman was shot dead, in the early morning, by unknown gunmen in the second section of Iraqis in al-Hawl camp east of al-Hasakah. It is worth noting that, this is the 14th crime since end of the first phase of the security campaign, an indication far from optimism amid fears of return of escalating killings in the camp.

Peace spring areas

-SOHR activists have monitored violent clashes with machineguns and RPG shells between two armed groups belong to the Turkish-backed Hamza Division. The clashes took place in south station street in Ras al-Ayn (Sere Kaniye) city within “Peace Spring” areas in Hasakah countryside, but no casualties have been reported yet.

De-Escalation zone

-Syrian Observatory sources have reported renewed bombardment by regime forces on several positions in the “de-escalation zone”, as they targeted, with heavy artillery, positions in al-Faterah, Bayanin, Fulayfel, the outskirts of al-Bara in Jabal al-Zawiyah in southern Idlib, the surrounding areas of al-Ankawi in Sahl al-Ghab in north-western Hama, and frontlines of Jabal al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia. No casualties have been reported.

SOHR sources have reported that Russian fighter jets have executed several airstrikes on Hursh Joezief area in Jabal al-Zawiyah in the southern countryside of Idlib, but no casualties have been reported.

It is worth noting that the area hosts military headquarters of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham. It is worth noting that these are the second round of airstrikes on the region in 24 hours.
