“Al-Hawl mini-state” | Boy shoots female Iraqi refugee dead

Al-Hasakah province: SOHR activists have documented the death of a female Iraqi refugee in al-Hawl camp in the far south-eastern region of al-Hasakah, where ISIS cells are widely prevalent, after a 14-year-old Turkish boy shot her dead this dawn in the camp’s first section. It is worth noting that the boy was arrested after the murder.

 

It is also worth noting that this is 16th murder in al-Hawl camp since the end of the first phase of the security campaign, which indicates to alarming escalation of killings in the camp.

 

On Monday, SOHR activists reported new assassinations in al-Hawl camp in al-Hasakah countryside in the early hours of Monday morning, as a an Iraqi refugee was shot dead by ISIS cells in his tent in the third section of the camp.

 

While on June 10, SOHR activists reported that an Iraqi woman was shot dead by unknown gunmen in the second section of the Iraqis in al-Hawl camp east of al-Hasakah.
