Idlib | HTS arrests doctor in al-Dana

Idlib province: Reliable SOHR sources say that a security patrol of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham has arrested a doctor in his clinic in al-Dana city, near the border with Iskenderun region in northern Idlib. It is worth noting that the doctor is from al-Saharah town in the western countryside of Aleppo. However, the reasons behind arresting the doctor remained unknown.

 

On July 12, SOHR sources reported that HTS-backed salivation front cracked down teams of the civil society in the areas under its control where it has published a booklet for rehabilitation and training centers to review the ministry of scientific research and higher education to get the necessary license for practicing work starting from June 26 until July 28 under pretext of closing the unlicensed centers.

 

The salvation government demanded ministry of scientific research and higher education to put conditions for licensing the rehabilitation and training centers including names of the founders and their CVs, name and headquarters of the center, vision, message and objectives of the center as well as the organizational structure.

 

The conditions also required that the license demander should obtain approval of eh province municipality, commercial register, photo copy of registering the concerned association, and a signed model of health and the engineering examination on the center building.

 

The applicant also should present the statute of the center and copy of ID and original copy of the scientific qualification of the center manger and all the employees along with ownership or renting contract of the center, and written pledge of the founders or their proxies to abide by all the decisions, an accredited architect plan for the horizontal structure of the center with specifying the rooms of training and management and list of the assets like tools, equipments and necessary requirements for the work.
