Backed by International Coalition helicopters | SDF security services launch several security campaigns in Deir Ezzor villages.

Deir Ezzor province: SOHR activists have reported that SDF security services, backed by International Coalition helicopters, launched an inspection campaign that reached several areas in al-Zer village in Deir Ezzor countryside, where a group of civilians were arrested for “belonging to ISIS”.

These campaigns follow the arrest of an ISIS leader in the village two days ago. Moreover, Zair Jazeera village in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor has witnessed an inspection campaign which targeted several suspects for various charges, including weapons trade and belonging to ISIS.

Also, SDF security forces have arrested the director of the Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development Organization from his house in Mehaimida town, in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor, for unknown reasons.

It is worth noting that SDF released several detainees, who were accused of being affiliated to ISIS, and whose photos were circulated on media after they were arrested in al-Busayrah town on June 22, during a security operation.
