Security operation | Coalition airstrikes kill three suspects in eastern al-Hasakah

Syrian Observatory for Human Rights activists have reported that Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), supported by the International Coalition forces, launched a new security operation in Kherbat Jamous village in east al-Hasakah countryside near Jabal Kawkab which is under the control of Syrian regime.

The security operation targeted a house after the troops cordoned it off and calls the people inside the house to surrender, but the suspects resisted, as exchange of fire erupted between the two sides. Meanwhile, International Coalitions fighter jets intervened and bombarded the house, which caused the death of three suspects believed to be ISIS members who were inside the house.

On July 15, SOHR sources reported that the International Coalition forces carried out a new airdrop with four helicopters and two drones, targeting the house of an ISIS member who was in charge of assassinations in al-Raz town in the eastern countryside of Daraa. Meanwhile, the ISIS member showed resistance during the airdrop and opened fire on the International Coalition forces, attempting to escape, while Coalition forces responded by firing several rockets on farmlands surrounding the member’s house, which caused the injury of a little girl, before the member was arrested.
