Rivalry | Several Turkish-backed militiamen killed and injured in clashes among groups of “Jaysh al-Sharqiyyah” in Ras al-Ain (Sere Kaniye)

Al-Hasakah province: SOHR activists have monitored fierce clashes among groups of the Turkish-backed “Jaysh al-Sharqiyyah” in Ras al-Ain city (Sere Kaniye) in al-Hasakah countryside, in areas under the control of “Peace Spring” operations room. According to SOHR sources, the clashes left one of the relatives of a commander in “Jaysh al-Sharqiyyah” dead, while five other militiamen sustained various injuries.

 

On July 11, SOHR activists documented the death of a Turkish-backed militiaman of al-Hamza Division and injury of four others in the armed fight between two groups of the same division in “Peace Spring” areas in Ras al-Ain city (Sere Kaniye) in al-Hasakah countryside. According to SOHR sources in the region, the dead militiamen was from al-Jarba in eastern Ghouta.
