Ceasefire violations | Regime forces and opposition factions trade fire in Jabal al-Zawiyah and west Aleppo countryside

SOHR sources have reported rocket fire by regime forces this morning on areas in Kafr Ammah village and Kafr Taal in the western countryside of Aleppo. Meanwhile, opposition factions responded by similar bombardment, targeting regime positions in the region, but no casualties have been reported.

On the other hand, the eastern frontlines of Jabal al-Zawiyah experienced exchange of fire and bombardment in the early hours of Saturday morning between opposition factions and regime forces, amid reports of casualties on both sides.

Yesterday, SOHR activists reported rocket fire by regime forces in the early hours of Friday morning, which targeted positions in Zayzon village in north-west Hama countryside and other areas near al-Atareb in west Aleppo countryside which caused material damage only.

A day earlier, SOHR sources reported that jihadists shelled regime positions in Jurin town in the north-western countryside of Hama. Meanwhile, factions of “al-Fath al-Mubin” operations room shelled, with heavy artillery, regime positions in Miznaz and Kafr Halab in the western countryside of Aleppo. No casualties were reported.
