Regime-controlled areas

 

-SOHR activists have reported that a Russian delegation met, today, with dignitaries of Daraa and members of the central committees in Hawaran, after a statement by Hawaran clans was issued yesterday.

 

The Russian delegation has promised Daraa clans’ elders to exert more efforts in order to stop the military campaign in Daraa city, and to work on reaching a peaceful settlement.

 

On the other hand, regime forces have opened heavy machinegun fire on the neighbourhoods of Daraa al-Balad. However, no casualties have been reported yet.

 

Earlier today, SOHR activists had reported alarming calm across Daraa province since late hours of yesterday till the moment amid stat of congestion following the announcement of the tribes, while no solution was reached.

 

Meanwhile, al-Saraya road was closed and Daraa had been still besieged as a kind of pressure to meet demands of the Syrian regime.

 

 

Aleppo

 

-SOHR activists have reported that Turkish-backed factions targeted, with guided missiles, a regime military post on the frontline of al-Shaala village in the north-eastern countryside of Aleppo, injuring two soldiers seriously.

 

-SOHR activists had reported that 18 civilians including four children and three females had sustained different injuries in rocket fire that have been shelled, in the early hours of Friday, from the regime force-held areas and the SDF military factions’ proxies in al-Bab city under the influence of “Euphrates Shield” operation room, eastern Aleppo. The Turkish forces have reacted with rocket fire that reached the areas under influence of both forces

 

 

SDF-held areas

 

-Al-Hawal camp in the far southwest of al-Hasakah countryside, has witnessed new death of an Iraqi refugee who was shot dead by ISIS member in the first section of the camp, in the early hours of Friday, amid escalating murders crimes by ISIS.

 

It is worth noting that number of the murder crimes since the end of the first phase of the security campaign has reached 20, a worrying indication amid fears of resurgence of crimes in the camp.

 

-SOHR activists have reported that the head of the Public Security service and his companion in the SDF-held area of Tel Hamees sustained severe wounds, when unknown gunmen opened fire on the car they were traveling in, on Tel Hamees-Tel Barrak road in the countryside of al-Hasakah.

 

This incident comes in light of the increasing activities of ISIS cells which are prevalent in large spaces in north-east Syria region.

 

 

“De-escalation zone”

 

-SOHR activists have reported that ten Uzbek jihadists and regime soldiers were killed on the frontlines of Idlib countryside, where the SOHR activists have confirmed the death of four Uzbek jihadists during an infiltration attempt on regime posts on Hantotin frontline in Maarrat al-Noaman in south Idlib. SOHR activists also documented the death of six regime soldiers and militiamen, while they were expelling the Jihadists’ attack.

 

On the other hand, an opposition sniper shot a regime soldier dead on Kafr Mous village’s frontline in Shashabo mountain, south of Idlib.

 

SOHR activists had reported an Uzbek fighter carried out an infiltration attempt in the early hours of Friday, into regime military post in the frontline of Hantoteen in Idlib countryside.

 

SOHR activists in the de-escalation areas had reported that the regime forces bombarded areas in Banen, Fulifil and around Kansfara and al-Futirah, Safhoon in Jabal al-Zawiyah in southern Idlib countryside, and Homaymant, al-Hesn, Qlideen in Slah al-Ghab in northwest Hama countryside. Meanwhile, the factions bombarded regime forces posts at the frontline of kafrnouran in western Aleppo countryside, but no casualties were reported.
