Turkish forces and SFD trade fire and clashes at frontlines of Tal Tamr

Al-Hasakah province: SOHR activists have reported halt of bombardment in Tal Tamr in al-Hasakah province, in the morning, after the previous hours have witnessed trading fire between the Turkish bases and its factions on one side, and the SDF on the other.

Meanwhile, shells were dropped on the village of Asfouriyah that is far from the clashes line in south of Tal Tamr and al-Dirdarah. The bombardment has been coincided with machine guns’ clashes between the SDF on one side and the Turkish-backed factions on the other in northwest Tal Tamr amid information of an attempted advancement in al-Dirdarah.
On the other hand, the deportation flows have been continuing in Tal Tamr and most of the villages have become empty of population.

Yesterday, SOHR activists reported that a member of the Turkish-backed factions from Idlib was shot dead by SDF snipers on frontlines in “Peace Spring” areas.

On the other hand, Turkish forces and their proxies bombed, with mortars and artillery shells, the village of al-Dirdara and the road connecting Tel Tamr town with al-Qamishli. However, no casualties were reported.

This bombardment came after the Turkish-backed factions brought in dozens of fighters of Jaysh al-Islam to Ras al-Ayn city, some of them were deployed on the frontlines in “Peace Spring” areas.

A day earlier, SOHR sources reported that Turkish forces started a new round of artillery fire on Tel Tamr countryside, targeting the villages of al-Dardarah, Qappour, Qarajenah and al-Maslat, along with firing flares over the frontlines. No casualties were reported.
