Kurdish forces and Turkey-backed factions trade clashes | Two members of Kurdish forces killed and fire renewed in Aleppo countryside

 

Aleppo province: Two members of the Kurdish forces were killed in clashes between Kurdish forces on one side and the Turkish-backed faction on the other at the frontlines of al-Kuridiya village on eastern al-Bab village in the early hours of August 19. One the killed members died after sustained sever wounds while the other body was dragged by the Turkish-backed factions from the Kurdish forces, while other members of the Kurdish forces have sustained different wounds.

On the other hand, the Turkish forces have bombarded heavily, in the early hours of Friday, Mar’naz village and the vicinity of Tal Refa’at in north Aleppo countryside and the two villages of Borg Qas and Miyasah who are affiliated to Sherwa town in Aleppo countryside.

Yesterday, SOHR activists documented a woman was killed and other five civilians including two women and at least a child was wounded in a rocket attack on al-Karkadiyah village in al-Bab neighborhood under control of Turkey-backed factions in east of Aleppo countryside. The rocket is most probably was shelled from the regime forces-held areas and the SDF’s military formations in east of Aleppo countryside.

On August 18, SOHR activists documented the death of three civilians, two women and a man, in a rocket attack that targeted Afrin in north Aleppo countryside.
