Explosion in HTS camp | Eight fighters killed so far in Idlib countryside

Idlib province: Syrian Observatory activists have documented the death of eight fighters of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham in an explosion, believed to be caused by the explosion of an artillery shell in unknown circumstances, in an HTS training camp in the area of the Scientific Research Centre near Ram Hamadan village in Idlib countryside. Meanwhile, ten other fighters sustained various injuries due to the explosion.

A few hours ago, SOHR activists documented casualties among fighters of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham in their camp in the area of the Scientific Research Centre near Ram Hamadan village in Idlib countryside. A loud explosion had been heard in the camp, while ambulances were seen rushing to the targeted site.

According to SOHR sources, an armed drone of the International Coalition was flying over the region when the explosion occurred. While other sources confirmed that the explosion was caused by a mistake committed during military drills in the camp. However, the real reasons behind this explosion were not verified.
