Aleppo | Turkish drone attacks Kurdish positions, along with clashes between Kurdish forces and Turkish-backed factions on several frontlines

Aleppo province: SOHR sources have reported that a Turkish drone attacked a position in the Kurdish-held village of Baylouniyah in the northern countryside of Aleppo. However, no further details have been reported yet about the material damage caused by this attack which comes as a part of the ongoing military escalation by Turkish forces on Kurdish-held areas in Aleppo, particularly airstrikes by drones.

 

On the other hand, SOHR activists have reported exchange of bombardment in the early hours of Wednesday morning between Tahrir Afrin Forces and Turkish-backed factions on Mar’anaz and Aqlamiyah frontlines.no casualties have been reported.

 

Yesterday, SOHR sources reported that Turkish forces and their proxy factions shelled Kurdish-held areas in the morning, targeting positions in the villages of al-Malikiyah, al-Alqamiyah, Shawarghah, Shawarghah fortress in Sharran district, Mayyassah and Qunaiytarah in Shirawa district in Afrin countryside.

 

On the other hand, Observatory sources reported clashes and exchange of fire between Turkish-backed factions and Kurdish forces on the frontlines of Kafr Khasher and Mar’anaz in the northern countryside of Aleppo.
