Hours after heavy bombardment | Cautious calm on frontlines of Tell Tamr and Abu Rasinn country sides

Al-Hasakah province: SOHR activists have reported cautious calm, this evening, on the frontlines of Tell Tamr and Abu Rasin country sides, hours after Military Council of Tell Tamr and the Turkish forces on one side and their proxies on the other have traded fire causing damage of the electricity network in Tell Tamr and the destruction of civilians’ houses, in addition to the injury of regime forces’ soldier.

The Turkish forces and their proxies have shelled Tell Karabit and Tell Gamaet al-Ashoreya, while the Council of Tell Tamr has bombed al-Azezeya village where a Turkish checkpoint is based.

Similarly, SDF has shelled a military checkpoint in Isdiyyah village in Zerkan countryside, in addition to setting fire to the checkpoint, military casualties and injuries have been reported among lines of both sides.

Earlier today, SOHR sources reported that a regime soldier died of wounds he sustained last night due to Turkish bombardment on regime military posts in Tel Tamr countryside in al-Hasakah countryside. The Turkish bombardment also left 20 other soldiers injured.

On the other hand, SOHR sources reported renewed clashes on the frontlines of Abu Rasin (Zarkan) and Tel Tamr countryside, along with intensive bombardment by Turkish forces and their proxy factions on the villages of Khadrawi, Abboush, Tel Ward, Rubay’at, Nuwayhat and Kherbet Sha’eer. Moreover, there are reports of attempts by the Turkish-backed factions to advance into Tel al-Ward village.

SOHR sources reported that a young man and a woman were injured due to Turkish bombardment on al-Dardarah village and its surrounding areas in Tel Tamr countryside, which lasted until this morning. SDF responded to the Turkish bombardment by firing several artillery shells on positions of Turkish forces and their proxy factions.
