Second assassination in 24 hours | ISIS affiliates kill Iraqi refugee in “al-Hawl mini-state”

Al-Hasakah province: SOHR activists have documented the death of an Iraqi refugee after being shot at chest and shoulders by unknown gunmen, but believed to be ISIS affiliates, in front of his tent in the first section of al-Hawl camp.

 

It is worth noting that the number of murders committed in al-Hawl camp since the end of the first phase of the large-scale security campaign has reached 27, which indicates to alarming escalation of killings in the camp.

 

Yesterday, SOHR activists documented the death of a female Iraqi refugee after being shot by unknown gunmen, but believed to be ISIS affiliates, in the third section of al-Hawl camp.
