Horrific crime | Member of Turkish-backed civil police in Ras al-Ain city tortures his nephew brutally

Al-Hasakah province: The Syrian Observatory has obtained a video footage showing a boy, who has been displaced from al-Quriyyah town in Deir Ezzor countryside to Ras al-Ain city, with marks of brutal torture on his body. It is worth noting that Sultan Murad Division had been blamed for torturing the boy, before the boy himself appeared in another video accusing his uncle, who is a member of the civil police, of torturing him.

 

On August 24, SOHR activists reported that a young man died affected by the wounds he sustained a few days earlier in clashes between the military police and the civil police in the vicinity of Ras al-Ain hospital in “Peace Spring” areas in the countryside of al-Hasakah.

 

While on August 22, Syrian Observatory sources reported that five members of the Turkish-backed factions were injured in clashes, with machineguns, between civil police and military police in the vicinity of a hospital in Ras al-Ain city in the Peace Spring areas in al-Hasakah countryside.

 

According to SOHR sources, the medical staff was on a strike after members of Ahrar al-Sharqiya and al-Hamza division attacked the hospital. The sources reported that the clashes between the factions escalated over appointing new doctors and a new administration of the hospital.
